I am a little uncertain in my life, I am torn between my family problems, my job search and my desire for independence (in recent weeks I tended to comfort me in spirit, I met people who make me believe in happiness, some have dredged thoroughly and when I announced that I could not move me, it throws me like old socks, (I can give details in private)

Ingredients for 2 buns




500 gr
raising flour 1 dl warm milk
1 sachet dried yeast (dry yeast)
100 gr
caster sugar 100 g sugar 1 pinch
grain of salt

3 whole eggs 200 g soft butter



Preparation





  1. in a large bowl, combine 350g of sifted flour, dried yeast and salt to rim

  2. add the warm milk and mix to rehydrate the rise

  3. add the 3 eggs into a once and mix

  4. add the caster sugar and stir to develop the gluten and starches hydrate

  5. we obtain a semi-liquid paste, which is normal

  6. add the remaining flour and mix

  7. the dough forms a combination that begins to pull away from edges

  8. add butter soft but not melted

  9. when the butter is well blended, sprinkle the dough with 2 tablespoons of flour to prevent drying surface point and leave the dough for 15 minutes
